             Techno PCB Coupon cutting system

This system can be integrated into any lab that requires PCB coupon extraction. With the Camera attachment the circuit board traces and components are magnified 10 times, which intern allows the operator to zero the initial position location very accurately. Any coupon design can be programmed into the system and called up at any time. The operator simply needs to jog the machine into the starting location, call up the specific coupon design they want to rout, and press start.

  • 15 Different sizes available. Large Machine beds can cut EURO-Board type sizes any 
    thickness or larger if required.

  • "T" slot surface allows for easy mounting of jig and fixtures.
  • High-resolution servo control system, which provides accurate system, which provides clean smooth edge finish.
  • Variable 1-1/4HP High-speed spindle (8000 to 24000 RPM) with dust shroud.

PCB Coupon cutting system
Picture above illustrates the Techno Model 027 (19" x 21" Travel) CNC Router system with an integrated camera system built for IBM Endicott. This system cuts all PCB test samples, which then get submerged, in liquid acrylic ground and polished then inspected for flaws.
