Techno's NEW Premium Class CNC Routers

Techno Inc. is proud to introduce their NEW Premium Class CNC Router line. These machines offer tremendous production capabilities for routing of plastic, wood, aluminum, composites, etc. either in nested base form or individual component processing. Because of the unique design and our long time market presence we have been able to build a very high quality machine at a very economical price. This savings in the machine design allows Techno to pass this savings onto our customers.
 
      Features:                                           
  • All steel construction
  • Ball Screw drives on all three axes. This drive system provides the highest degreeof accuracy,  repeatability and longevity with minimal maintenance. 
  • THK Rails and bearing on all three axes. These high-grade carriages provide smooth motion, longevity, and can handle very high loads which intern provides excellent edge finish of parts. 
  • Closed loop brushless servo drives. These high-powered motors and drives monitor machines position at all times by sending the machines location to controller. Machine soft limits are set therefore system cannot crash. (GE Fanuc drives and motors available.) 
  • Machines come with pc and impact resistant touch screen monitor mounted on pendant swing arm, with all controls local to operator. When the Techno router arrives the system is fully configured and setup at factory, therefore the machine is ready for production once power is connected.
  • Techno’s Windows Interface included with system. This easy to use interface can be connected to multiple machines within a production environment utilizing windows networking capabilities. NC file transfer from programming department is easy, obsolete DNC connections are not required. Machines are shipped ready for production. The Interface provides production logging and reporting, infinite look-ahead and continuous motion, which optimizes feedrates while maintaining accurate positioning. The interface also comes with a lifetime of free software updates via the Internet.
