Elevation Pod:
This pod easily mounts to the Techno vacuum table. This clamp requires no bolts to hold it
in place, but rather the pod is design to transfer vacuum from the table, through the pod,
and then to the material surface. This vacuum generated a
sandwich effect between the
material and the table.

Offset Elevation Pod
with stop pin:
This pod easily mounts to the
Techno Vacuum table. This clamp requires no bolts to hold it in place,
but rather the pod is designed to transfer vacuum from the table,
through the pod, and then to the material surface. This vacuum
generated a sandwitch effect between the material and the table. This
pod also has
pop-up pins for material location. When the vacuum is turned on the
pins get sucked down into the block. |

Banking Block:
These Banking Blocks will fit into the vacuum table channel easily.
They are designed to snap into the vacuum groove of table and can be
used horizontally and vertically along the table. Because these blocks
snap into the grooves of the table they are perfectly aligned either
parallel and or perpendicular. |

Heavy Duty Cam Clock Clamp:
This Cam Clamp in steel and has a black oxide finish. This clamp will provide 2500N of
clamping force with 1OON of actuating force. A 180 degree rotation of the locking arm will
provide a clamp stoke of 4mm. This clamp when it is tighten also thrust the locking strip
forward and downward.

Vacuum Table Clamp Bar:
This clamp bar is made of steel with a black oxide finish and is 12" long. These bars
are universal and will fit horizontally or vertically on the vacuum table. This clamp
easily bolts down using the built in "T" slots in the table.

Adjustable Toggle Clamps:
These Clamps are made of steel and
have a black oxide finish. These clamps come complete with hardware
for bolting into the tables "T" slots, and have an
adjustable rear screw for height adjustment of the clamp.

Manual Vise:
This vise is made of steel and has a
powdercoated finish. This clamp has slots that run down the side of
the vise, which enables it to be mounted in the tables "T"
slots. The moveable jaws have side guides and the stationary jaws have
both horizontal and vertical V-slots for holding round objects

Foam Gasketing:
Replacement gasketing is available in
50ft rolls. The material is a medium density foam PVC. This material
is specifically designed for vacuum table grids and has a excellent
compressibility.

Rubber sealing Port
Plugs:
Rubber sealing port plugs are
available in packages of ten. These plugs are used for sealing Vacuum
Table ports that are not being used during operation.
