There are three levels of turnkey CNC orthotic manufacturing systems offered by Techno Inc. These CNC orthotic manufacturing systems range from small production (entry level) to high volume throughput systems and anywhere in between. Our turnkey CNC orthotic routing systems operate from industry standard G-code and integrate flawlessly with our software and scanner partners.

In addition our turnkey CNC manufacturing systems are extremely easy to learn and operate which means production shops will be up and running almost immediately. Our CNC G-Code Interface, is a single menu screen which features easy-to-read and understand commands. The Techno router interface can be upgraded free for the life of the router thus keeping you current with the latest industry advancements. In addition, Techno offers free tech support and application assistance for the life of the router. Our technical staff and support team are extremely knowledgeable about the manufacturing and production of orthotics.

We offer special tooling for specific materials and can assist production shops with cut speeds, spindle rpm, and material clamping techniques for the optimization of the router for maximum product throughput.
