General Description:
The Techno level 3 orthotic cutting system is a Windows® based system that features Techno’s model 4848 large format CNC Router.

This machine features precision ball screws on all three axes, with closed-loop servomotors and controls. The use of servos allows the machine to monitor its position at all times providing maximum cut speeds and precision. The table surface is T-slotted with vacuum hold-down for easy part fixturing. This type of fixturing allows material to be placed and removed from the table quickly and easily.

The machine is equipped with (3) high frequency single tool collet spindles which accept industry standard ER collets. The 4848 LC machine model is ideal for large format material processing. This large format is required for the 3 spindles to cut 3 identical pairs of orthotics. The machine is designed specifically for high volume multi- pair orthotics.
