Techno Software Packages

An essential tool that has the greatest impact on the performance of a CNC Router is software. At Techno we have researched packages that compliment our machinery. Performance, software programming tools, Ease-of-use, learning curve, support, and scheduled updates are the ingredients we looked for when selecting programming solutions to integrate with our equipment.  Programs that are too complex or clunky tend to hamper the performance and production thus decreasing company profits.

At Techno we understand our customers needs; keep it simple, give me the tools I need to produce my product, and most important give me a quick return on investment. With this stringent criteria, we researched the software industry and concluded that Enroute, and VisualMill (RhinoCam) were our choice program selections. These

programs offered the tools that supported the majority of our customer needs, although at times other packages are required to complete the design and manufacturing process (see other software partners). A few examples are the cabinet industry, which typically require a cabinet design program, 3D modeling industry requiring a high leveling modeling program, or orthotics industry which requires a 3D scanner and software correction cell solution for their manufacturing needs. Combined with our CAM systems these other packages provide a complete integrated solution for our customer’s production needs.
