HX3530-MD-1200 Micro Drop Cooling System
The Micro drop cooling system is a cost effective solution
to cutter lubrication. The system dispenses a small amount
of synthetic vegetable based lubricant, typical applications
use 1oz of lubricant in an 8 hr shift. This is ideal for applications
involving a great deal of metal cutting.
Includes: 16oz Micro drop coolant system, cnc controls,
dispensing nozzles, and mounting accessories.

Vortex Cold Air Gun System
Replaces mist coolant in milling operations. Maintains
feeds, speeds and tool life while eliminating health
risks, build-up of slippery film from coolant, and parts
cleaning after machining. This device provides both cold
air for cooling of the tool and work piece as well as a blast
of air for clearing out cutting debris from the area. Ideal for
use with aluminum as well as many plastics.
