Curriculum Outline P/N: H22I10-REVENG01 - $295 Includes (2) Foam Cutters and (2) Foam Blocks

	STEP 1: SCAN
	Start the Scan Software and set the scan parameters (i.e. XYZ range, threshold, etc.). Preview, then scan. Save file as “*.stl”.
	STEP 2: EDIT
	Open file in Rhino Software. Reposition to zero point and manipulate as needed. Resave “*.stl” file.
	STEP 3: GENERATE TOOLPATH
	Use MasterCam to export the “.stl” file as a “.nc” GCODE toolpath. Note: The screenshots show a toolpath that required two layers for two Z-Axis depth passes..
	STEP 4: MACHINE
	Open “.nc” file in the Techno CNC Interface*. Enable machine controller, preprocees file, preview the toolpath, fixture the material and cut the part.

Techno can provide the elements (i.e. cnc, curriculum, scanner) for the Reverse Engineering Project, but if you already have a Techno Servo machine, or MasterCam, whichever, you can simply purchase the items you do not possess. All the devices used in this project can be utilized for other purposes, other curriculums. The more you know the more your students can make.
