An expanded line of low profile, low cost metric ball screws from Techno, Inc. is currently available from stock. These precision rolled ball screws can be matched with low profile anti-backlash nuts. This makes it easy and cost effective to complete your linear motion application whether it requires 1 or 1000 screws.  These German precision ball screws and ball nuts feature patented anti-backlash ball nut designs. The screws are available with either machined or unmachined ends in a variety of lengths up to 3 meters. 16mm and 25mm diameter screws are available with leads of 2.5mm, 5mm, 10mm and 20mm. Because of new manufacturing techniques and mass production, even the machined end versions are available at very low prices. Many standard lengths of 16mm diameter screws come with machined ends ready to be placed directly into your machinery. Low profile anti-backlash nuts for precision applications are advantageous for ball screw systems where space is at a premium.
