CNC ENGRAVING HEAD ATTACHMENT

The CNC Engraving Head attachment for use with high-frequency spindles is designed with a floating head. The precision spindle has a micrometer adjustment designed into the nose piece. The spindle then rides on the nose cone of the spindle, which is spring-loaded to float on the material surface. This flotation allows for constant depth engraving across the material surface even when the material is not perfectly flat. When routing is required, the engraving spindle manually retracts upward out of the way, in a locked position. The switch over from routing to engraving is just seconds away.
