Series 300 Linear Double Rail System Features Wide Support
Profile For High Torsional Stability The new Series 300 Double Rail system from Techno-Isel offers
affordable linear motion for a variety of positioning applications. This rail system
features two hardened steel shafts spaced 50mm apart, resulting in very high torsional
stability and torque load capacity. |
|
In fact, this rail/bearing system can often replace other systems
requiring 2 separate rails, thus saving in assembly and alignment time, part count and
system cost. This low cost system has a maximum linear speed of up to l0m/sec. The guide
rails are available in 16 lengths, ranging from 400mm to 3,000mm, and can be extended to
provide virtually any length of travel by staggering the steel rails on the base plates. Catalog

New 5' x 8' CNC Servo Work center from Techno-Isel Designed To
Rout, Drill, Mill And Engrave With One Machine A new affordable 5' x 8' CNC Servo Work
Center (under $28,000) from Techno-Isel is designed for routing, milling, drilling, and
even engraving of control panels all with the same machine. One unique feature of this
machine is that it uses a closed loop servo motor system that verifies that the cutting
head has moved the distance it was programmed to move. |
|
This increases its speed and accuracy and permits it to hold a
tighter tolerance than an open loop system, which does not verify programmed positions. Catalog

New
CNC Rotary Carving Router Achieves Great Results With An
Affordable Investment.
New Hyde Park, New York - - A new servo
CNC carving router from Techno-Isel is designed so that the
average shop can produce staircase components, chair and table
legs, pool cue inlays, gun stocks, spindles and other types of
rotary carvings or routing requiring rotary indexing on
different surfaces. The machine drew a large crowd when
exhibited by Techno-Isel for the first time at the 1998
International Woodworking & Furniture Supply Show in
Atlanta, GA. The 29" x 21" work area machine displayed
at the show had 3-rotary spindles which can carve simultaneously
with the 3-router heads. The Techno-Isel machine displayed at
the IWF show is affordably priced at under $43,000. Typically,
conventional CNC carving machines are priced at over $100,000. |
