Techno's Standard-Duty Linear Slide is a ball screw driven linear slide used to create x, xy and xyz tables for multiple automation applications. It's wide base and low cost make it a good economical choice for automation applications.
STANDARD-DUTY LINEAR SLIDE
Economical choice with a wide base and travels up to 49.5"
 
Techno's Heavy-Duty 2 Linear Slide is ball screw driven and can be used to create x, xy, and xyz tables for automation applications requiring a heavier slide. It's extra wide base is good for cantilevered applications.
HEAVY-DUTY 2 LINEAR SLIDE
Wide base constructed for large canti- levered loads with travels up to 107.2”
 
Techno's Narrow Profile 2 Linear Slide is available in long travel lengths and is compact for minimal space automation applications.

Small footprint for narrow applications with travels up to 107.2”

 
         LINEAR SLIDE ACCESSORIES:
 
Die-cast aluminum right angle mounting plates are fully compatible with any Techno linear slide in x, xy, or xyz automation applications.

MOUNTING PLATES
 
Techno offers three different XY mounting plates for use with standard-duty linear slides, heavy-duty linear slides, and narrow profile linear slides in xy automation applications.
X/Y MOUNTING
PLATES
 
Four variable high-speed spindle options, 120V or 220V with choice of 1/8” or 1/4” collets all easy to mount and operate. Spindles can be used to cut, assembly, drill.
SPINDLES
 
Mount projects or components to any Techno Linear Slide with a full line of work holding components; toggle clamps, heavy-duty cam lock clamp, clamp bars, pneumatic clamps or manual vices.
WORK HOLDING
COMPONENTS
 
NEMA 23, NEMA 34 servomotor frames and motor mounts are compatible with Techno's linear slides.

Techno's couplings come in a variety of sizes to fit your linear slide application. Choose from different bore sizes ranging from 6.35 mm to 12.7 mm.
COUPLINGS
 
Techno offers a full line of metric, Philips head, M3, M6, t-slot nuts, screws, socket head cap screws, oval and square t-nuts, and more to connect Techno Linear Slide applications, XY and XYZ Linear Tables.
HARDWARE
 
Gearboxes can be ordered with motor mounted inline or right angle and are compatible with both NEMA 23 and NEMA 34 motors Standard mounting units available for Techno Slides
