Wide Roller Carriage From  Techno Eliminates Needs For Multiple Linear Rails                                               Quote Request

A new wide bearing carriage from Techno, Inc., called the Roller Carriage 3, eliminates the need for two carriage and rail sets. The wider bearing plate and wider rail provides greater load capacity against side and cantilevered loads. The carriage roller bearings provide high-speed motion at an economical price. It is suitable for any automation application requiring precise motion with cantilevered loads.  The Roller Carriage 3 can handle speeds up to 10 meters per second. The roller bearings are sealed and lubed for life, allowing the unit to operate in harsh environments with very little maintenance. The Roller Carriage 3™s plate has T-slots for easy mounting of fixtures or tooling. The preload can be changed by adjusting the two eccentric bearings making it very versatile. Matching Series 300 Rails are available in length up to 3 meters.
