New Hyde Park, New York -- The new Series 300 Double Rail system from Techno-Isel offers affordable linear motion for a variety of positioning applications. This rail system features two hardened steel shafts spaced 50mm apart, resulting in very high torsional stability and torque load capacity. In fact, this rail/bearing system can often replace other systems requiring 2 separate rails, thus saving in assembly and alignment time, part count and system cost. This low cost system has a maximum linear speed of up to l0m/sec. The guide rails are available in 16 lengths, ranging from 400mm to 3,000mm, and can be extended to provide virtually any length of travel by staggering the steel rails on the base plates.
